costom rom flashing tutorials
Costom rom flashing proceedures.
At first HAVE A FREE MIND.
You guys know that if u root ur phone ur warranty will be void. so dont worry. To gain back ur warranty u need to flash the official stock rom of octane plus.
Process :
##To use custom rom u need to root your octane plus.
If the costom ROM's dev provides instructions; use the instructions provided by him.
Follow this tuturial if he/she does'nt provide any tutorial.
## Now u need to take a backup of ur stock rom.
Stock rom backup process for cwm recovery.
>>at first u need to free ur sd card minimum 1.5gb
>>then turn off ur phone.
>>now press (volume UP+power button) untill u feel vibration on ur phone then release the buttons.
>>now operate the cwm recovery options through volume buttons to (up+down) and to select any option use power button.
>>now Select - Backup and restore option
>>then select "backup" and then it will start the backup process so wait untill it finished.
>>when it says backup completed then reboot(restart) ur device.
>>so now u have successfully created a backup of ur stock rom in ur external sd card.
>>to check whether the backup is created or not go to ur sd card>>clockworkmode>backup
now stock rom Restore process- ( If u somehow bricked ur phone /phone is not powering up/stuck in boot logo then u need to restore ur backup stockrom ao that u can use ur phone again)
>>now again turn off ur phone and go to recovery by pressing (volume UP+power button) untill u feel vibration on ur phone then release the buttons.
>>now operate the cwm recovery options through volume buttons to (up+down) and to select any option use power button.
>>now Select - Backup and restore option
>>then select "restore"
>>then select ur created backup file.
>>then it will start the restore process so wait untill it finished.
>>when it says restore completed then reboot(restart) ur device.

#At first download the rom and copy it to ur sd card.
#go to cwm recovery by pressing (volume UP+power button)
#select wipe/data factory reset >>> then select yes.
#Select wipe cache partition>>>then select yes.
#then select advanced >>> then wipe dalvic cache.
#then Return to the main menu again by pressing back soft key.
#select Install from sd card > install zip from SD card > select ur preferred custom rom > yes.
#then a process will occur.
#wait untill it finished.
#then reboot your primo v1.Hope u will Enjoy this rom.
